No job is too small or to large. If a project exceeds our in-house staffing capabilities, we can still provide the master planning framework to guide an excellent final design solution while building a consultant team to complete the effort.

ninth street studio is a small design firm started in 2006 with the simple goal of offering excellent design at variable levels of service so as to be attainable to a wide variety of clientele.
Being small allows us to be versatile. We devise the most appropriate approach for each individual project. Our size allows us to be extremely accessible to our clients without levels of management and unnecessary overhead. The client works with the design principle on every project.
with a solid background in residential construction, and experience with some of the best design projects internationally, we offer an experience base that is unique to the industry.
how we work
Projects begin with an introductory consultation; a chance to get to know each other to see if there is a proper fit for each project. We then propose a level of service and associated fees that we feel are appropriate of the desire of design resolution for each individual situation.
It is always our desire to provide the most comprehensive service from initial programming through permitting and construction guidance, but we are also available for limited design services as is often appropriate for small jobs in our area.
